You are able to change your details in your online account under My Account - Personal Details and Address. Please take into account that last minutes changes are not possible, as we work with tight deadlines in order to ensure a smooth delivery. You could contact the courier directly in order to be considered for last minute changes. At this stage, we can only send boxes to one address and not to multiple addresses.
>> Follow your Cold Box journey:
In your confirmation email, as well as in your online account, you will find indicative dates of when your Cold Box will be delivered. Once your Cold Box has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking link with precise delivery information provided by the courier. It is advisable that somebody can accept the Cold Box instantly - to ensure the products arrive in the best condition.
>> Cold Box hasn't arrived or has arrived in poor condition:
